省糧食發展集團召開組織人事工作會議

為進(jin)(jin)一步深入推進(jin)(jin)遼寧(ning)省糧食發展集團組(zu)(zu)織人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)工作,8月16日(ri),省糧食發展集團召開組(zu)(zu)織人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)工作會議。集團直屬各(ge)單位主管(guan)組(zu)(zu)織人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)工作的(de)領導、組(zu)(zu)織人(ren)(ren)事(shi)(shi)工作負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)(ren)參加了(le)(le)會議。省糧食發展集團黨委副書(shu)記、董事(shi)(shi)于明同志出(chu)席會議并作了(le)(le)重(zhong)要講話。

 

 

會(hui)議明(ming)確了集(ji)團(tuan)下(xia)半(ban)年組織(zhi)人事(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以(yi)圍繞國(guo)有企業三(san)項(xiang)制度改革開展工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)為重心,部署了關(guan)于(yu)擬(ni)出臺集(ji)團(tuan)績效(xiao)考核辦法、打(da)造集(ji)團(tuan)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)信息(xi)管理(li)系統、構建員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)職級(ji)晉升體(ti)系和(he)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)薪酬體(ti)系、制定招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)管理(li)辦法和(he)關(guan)鍵崗位(wei)人員(yuan)交流任職制度等(deng)六項(xiang)下(xia)半(ban)年組織(zhi)人事(shi)(shi)方(fang)面的(de)主要工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。安(an)排了赴(fu)遼糧股份公司調研工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、出國(guo)證件集(ji)中管理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)、員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)數(shu)量及基本情(qing)況統計和(he)人事(shi)(shi)檔案規范化管理(li)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)等(deng)四項(xiang)近期需要完成的(de)重點(dian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。明(ming)確了關(guan)于(yu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)資總(zong)(zong)額(e)、人員(yuan)編制、招(zhao)(zhao)聘(pin)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、干部管理(li)權(quan)限、中層以(yi)上領導(dao)干部職務(wu)選(xuan)拔任用、關(guan)鍵崗位(wei)交流使用和(he)直屬(shu)企業定位(wei)七項(xiang)原(yuan)則性問題。會(hui)上,各單(dan)位(wei)還就(jiu)上半(ban)年的(de)組織(zhi)人事(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)進行了匯報和(he)交流。于(yu)明(ming)同志總(zong)(zong)結了此次(ci)組織(zhi)人事(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)會(hui)議,并對下(xia)一步組織(zhi)人事(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)開展提出希望和(he)要求。

于明同(tong)(tong)志在(zai)講話中(zhong)強調,在(zai)今后的(de)組織人(ren)事工作(zuo)中(zhong),集團(tuan)(tuan)全體要(yao)(yao)統(tong)一思想、步調一致、提高執(zhi)行力。要(yao)(yao)建立和完(wan)善規章制(zhi)度(du),為(wei)集團(tuan)(tuan)改(gai)革(ge)發展提供制(zhi)度(du)保障。其中(zhong),于明同(tong)(tong)志重點講到了用(yong)工、人(ren)事和分配(pei)三項制(zhi)度(du)改(gai)革(ge)。實現員(yuan)工能(neng)(neng)進能(neng)(neng)出,實施市場化選聘;實現(干(gan)部)崗(gang)位能(neng)(neng)上能(neng)(neng)下,人(ren)崗(gang)相宜;收(shou)入分配(pei)中(zhong)要(yao)(yao)實現職工收(shou)入能(neng)(neng)增能(neng)(neng)減,與企業(ye)效益和人(ren)員(yuan)貢獻掛鉤(gou)。要(yao)(yao)求集團(tuan)(tuan)全體人(ren)員(yuan)加強政(zheng)治(zhi)理論(lun)、法(fa)律法(fa)規及業(ye)務(wu)知識(shi)的(de)學(xue)習,提高政(zheng)治(zhi)素質和工作(zuo)能(neng)(neng)力。
